In this detailed work the author has concentrated on many of the manifestations of extremism found in the Arab world. He addresses many topics which are of direct concern to Muslim minorities living in the West, for e.g.:
• The definition of extremism and its parameters from a Sharee’ah perspective.
• The place and importance of the Hijrah.
• The ruling for the Jamaa’ah and the question of making an oath of allegiance to a group’s leader.
• The Sharee’ah conditions and parameters for declaring another Muslim a disbeliever.
These are just some of the issues Muslims are confused about. Within this study the author employs extensive measures to give a critical analysis of the Extremists viewpoints and clearly shows where and how they have erred.
