It was after considerable deliberation that I deemed it appropriate to

apparent and obscure, intrinsic and divergent nature of the Prophetic
For the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alehi wa alehi wassallam) was
furnished with the miracle of laconic and concise speech, the unique
ability to articulate in a few words an extensive meaning.
Sahih Al-Bukhari is a book which is not in need of any introduction or
identification, for it is one which has been universally accepted,
celebrated and extolled by the Islamic Ummah, from the point of
compilation to our time today. It has been recognized and accredited
with appellation and eulogy, by virtue of its content and mode of
arrangement, along with the fact it has been deemed the most authentic
book after the book of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.
Further, Shaykh Muhammad bin ‘Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him]
has avoided the use of expression and language, archaic and obscure thus
facilitating its understanding and legibility to the lay person in
addition to the learned.
