From the publisher: This book is already printed with the title, "The Veil of the Muslim Woman and her Dress in Salat" had it not been because of some obstacles, some of which is "the book is famous for this title", I would have considered us titling this book "The Dress of the Muslim Man and Woman in Salat" because this is the subject which the book contains and the author spoke a lot about it and mentioned some benefits and some correct understanding of the Islaamic Jurisprudence that are rare in existence. The Shaykh has affirmed in this letter with unequivocal proofs that, what is obligatory on you to cover of your body when praying is not the same as what is obligatory to be covered outside the salat; rather there are some other things that are obligatory upon individual to do and that is: covering of the shoulders. And the reason for its obligation does not lie on the fact that they are parts of the Awrah [the private parts of your body], rather it is honoring the salat. P/B 78 Pages
